Im sure i have missed some things so dont be surprised, pic is above and instructions below tools: range of screw drivers, couple of sockets (i think they are 12 or maybe 14mm), wire cutters to possibly cut wires wrapped around bracing etc.. 1: peel back the little flap and there will be a small phillips head screw, undo that. 2: unscrew the screw from in here 3: at the very bottom of the door panel there should be a small phillips head screw, take that out. 4: now pull gently around the adges of the door and the whole skin will come off, then push up to get the top of the door out of the window sill. 1/2: use a blade screw driver to pop these small covers out, then use phillips head to undo screws, there are 2 on the other side aswell. 3: This whole a/c vent comes off without screws etc.. just pull it and i think if u push it up it comes out easier. 4: now the whole centre armrest should lift off, the panel under the armrest with the 3 switches (air vent/seat heaters) should be able to be manouvered out. put car in 1st gear because otherwise u cant get the centre console out) the black panel surround around base of gearstick will come off, it has some lugs under it, so just pull up 1: undo these 2 screws 2/3: this ashtray panel can be a bit of a mongrel to get out, first take out the ashtray by pushing on 'push' then the whole panel kinda pulls out. Then unscrew cigarrette lighter. undo the white box around the head deck from the centre console, then slide head deck out of panel. Squash the panel so the sides bulge out to slide the Head deck out. (saves cutting wires etc..) 1: take these small covers off, then theres either a screw or a lug, take that out. also do other side. 1/2: take out all these phillips head screws. 1: take out 2: this is the guide runner, it helps to push the glovebox lid to the right and then pull back and try to lever the runner out, took me a while to get. 1: push finger up here, it makes it easier to push out 2: put fingers in vent and pull straight back in direction of arrow do on other side aswell. yours should now look like this 1: take these bolts out 2: take out these screws. 1/2/3: take out these screws i missed putting this on the pic, but theres 2 bolts at the base/sides of the console that screw onto the car, take them out to (they are underneath the carpet) to get the next panel out u will need to take off the foot brake handle 1/2: undo these puppies theres also a air filter thing behind this so unscrew that aswell 1: take these screws out 2: pull off from this lug i may have missed some steps but now all of the panels should be off. from here u will need to take off the guage facia panel, unplug all the plugs going to the spedo etc.. luckily my whole thing was broken so it just fell out lol. I did see two screws under neath the edge of it though, but all my lugs were broken. As u can see from the pic above there are some screws from the main cross member (steel bar) that go onto the A/C piping, these dont need to come out because all of the piping comes out with it. now try and take the dash out a bit so u can unplug all the other wires, theres alot! this is behind the passenger side (Aus version) which shows more wiring, undo the plugs, the big white things have got something to do with the A/C i think. Now everything should be undone, there was 2 of us doing it so i may have missed some things, but im pretty sure most things are covered. Now try and pull the dash out, becareful of the sharp edges. this should now be on your garage floor this is pretty much everything in the interior that can be painted, besides parcel tray and some other things. heres another shot enjoy
